Hop aboard rabbittransit!

Getting around town shouldn’t be a challenge! With more than 30 routes serving Dauphin County, Cumberland County, and the City of Harrisburg, rabbittransit’s Capital Region can get you to work, school, the store or just about anywhere.

The Route A is available to New Cumberland Borough residents Monday through Friday. It provides regular weekday service between Downtown Harrisburg, Capitol Complex, Lemoyne, Rosemont, New Cumberland, Fairview Plaza, Capital City Airport, and New Cumberland Army Depot (DDRE). There are designated stops along the route for easy and convenient boarding and departure.

With rabbittransit’s rider tools, you can ride with confidence! The Google Transit Trip Planner on their website routes your journey step-by-step and calculates how long it will take to get there. You can even track your bus in real-time with the myStop app available on the App Store and Google Play Store. myStop also provides easy-to-follow directions, updates on trip length, information about transit stops, station information and schedules.

The Route A fare is only $1.80 per one-way trip, but you can save money by purchasing tickets online or via the Token Transit app available on the App Store and Google Play Store.

rabbittransit recently merged with Capital Area Transit – CAT (now rabbittransit). At the time this article was posted, June 9, 2023, their websites were still separate.
