New Cumberland Borough is a participating municipality of the West Shore Recreation Commission (WSRec) which provides recreational activities with discounted rates for the residents of New Cumberland, Goldsboro, Lewisberry and Lemoyne Borough, and Fairview and Lower Allen Township.
