New Cumberland Borough will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 7:00 pm, on Ordinance #717 repealing and replacing the New Cumberland Borough Zoning Ordinance of 2010, as amended, in its entirety, and repealing and replacing the New Cumberland Borough Zoning Map, as amended, and in place thereof enacting a new Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map.  The public hearing will be conducted at the New Cumberland Borough administration office, 1120 Market Street, New Cumberland, Pa. Any interested citizen is invited to attend the aforementioned hearing to offer any comments or questions regarding this proposed ordinance.   

Immediately following the June 14th public hearing, council will hold its regular monthly meeting at which time council will consider the enactment of Ordinance #717 entitled: “An Ordinance of the Borough of New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, repealing and replacing the New Cumberland Borough Zoning Ordinance of 2010, as amended, in its entirety, and repealing and replacing the New Cumberland Borough Zoning Map, as amended, and prescribing penalties for violation thereof, repealing all inconsistent ordinances and establishing an effective date.”
