Recreation Board Ordinance Advertisement

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Council of the Borough of New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, at a duly convened meeting of Borough Council to be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Borough Administration Office, 1120 Market Street, New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17070, will consider adoption of Ordinance No. 728 entitled: “An ordinance establishing a recreation board for the Borough of New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, repealing all inconsistent ordinances, and establishing an effective date.”

Ordinance No. 728, if enacted, establishes a municipal recreation board, details powers and duties of the board, provides for appropriation and expenditure of funds, and requires an annual report to council.
