New Utility Billing Software

Please be advised that beginning in October 2025, New Cumberland Borough will be implementing a new billing system for quarterly trash invoicing.  Your upcoming invoice will look new and improved. Quarterly invoices will include the same trash charges. The rates for each service will remain the same and all customer account numbers will stay the same.

NEW ONLINE PAYMENT OPTION NOW AVAILABLE!

Beginning with the upcoming bill in November, you will NOW have access to pay bills online through our secure payment portal. Online payment information and website details will always be shown on your bill. We are pleased to accept online payments via credit card, debit card, or electronic check. Another new feature we are introducing is paperless billing! You may request e-bills by returning the form.

ACH (Automatic Clearing House) payments will continue to be an option for our customers. This is a free, recurring payment program.  Customers can use the form to sign up for new ACH payments.  Currently enrolled customers do not need to reapply.  If you are enrolled in ACH and prefer a different electronic payment method now available, please be sure to contact the borough office to update your preferences and stop ACH payments.

PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE:

• Online Payments: Available starting November 2025 via our website (details on your bill)
• Mail: Send payments to the address on your bill (include payment stub and account # on check)
• ACH: Continuing with the November 2025 bill
• In-Person: Accepted at New Cumberland Borough Office (cash and check only)
