The New Cumberland Collective’s New Cumberland Music + Film Festival is September 15-17, 2023. Experience a weekend full of music-related films, live musical performances, and a celebration of New Cumberland Borough’s burgeoning arts community. 

Designed to showcase the town’s past and emerging cultural scene, the intimate festival will feature a diverse lineup of local bands mixed with music-themed films from around the country. Many events will take place at the West Shore Theatre, with additional events happening around New Cumberland, from a music video showcase to street performances by area musicians.
