The New Cumberland Earth & Arts Festival, hosted by the New Cumberland Library in partnership with The New Cumberland Collective and the Longwood Gardens Community Read Program, is a place to celebrate, learn, grow and create, with environmental advocates, sustainable fashion, community art projects, live music, food trucks, Library tours, a student art exhibit with the Capital Area School for the Arts and much, much more. There is a full day of family-friendly activities and experiences.
