NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to section 609 of the municipalities planning code, 53 P.S. § 10609, that the COUNCIL of NEW CUMBERLAND BOROUGH will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, MAY 14, 2025 at 7:00 pm, on ordinance #727 repealing and replacing the New Cumberland Borough Zoning Ordinance of 2023, as amended, in its entirety, and in place thereof enacting a new zoning ordinance.  THE public hearing will be conducted at the NEW CUMBERLAND borough administration office, 1120 MARKET STREET, NEW CUMBERLAND, PA.  ANY INTERESTED CITIZEN IS INVITED TO ATTEND THE AFOREMENTIONED HEARING TO OFFER COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS REGARDING THE AMENDMENTS PROPOSED TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE.
